14 DAY INTERNET RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our first concern so if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your internet purchase you can return any unused item in its original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way, with the original packing materials, tags must be attached to the piece). All returned items must be received by Brax Jewelers within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order items (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise). Please note that the above return policy applies to Internet purchases only. Please note that if there is any damage to your purchase you must notify us by E-mailing amy@braxjewelers.com within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
When we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in a matter of days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed for quality. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused. Be sure to include all packaging and collateral material, including diamond certificates. A $250 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned. Shipment of return item must be insured for the total value of your purchase. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

PAYMENT TERMS
Please note that all prices listed are in US dollars. We accept payment with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We reserve the right to require a wire transfer of funds on any purchase over $3,000.00 or any purchase that requires shipment to an address other than the billing address of the credit card. We ship only to addresses within the United States. All credit card purchases are subject to approval. Please note that we do not accept trade-ins on any direct or indirect internet purchases.
SHIPPING
Most items ship within 3 business days, unless it's a special order. There is no shipping charge for online purchases.
Custom orders ship when completed. Items are shipped via Federal Express or USPS Express, with signature required. Please note that we only ship to your credit card billing address within the United States. If you wish us to ship to another address we require a wire transfer. Contact customer service and they will assist you with this. We are only responsible for shipping your purchase, addressed to you, to the address specified by you. Your purchase is considered received by you when delivered to the address specified by you. We have no control over and bear no responsibility regarding who actually accepts the package (your purchase) at the address specified by you.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However in the event an item is shown with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed by receipt and your credit card charged. Please note that in order for you to view items in greater detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Color and size of items may appear differently since every computer monitor is set differently. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item that has been sold or is no longer available.
